1. Digital Fulfillment Processing

All products and services rendered by Netbay Hosting (including Linux VPS, Windows VPS, and RDP environments) are strictly digital. There are no physical items shipped or mailed.

2. Instant Provisioning

Upon successful payment confirmation via our respective gateways (PhonePe, etc.), the network orchestrator will generally provision your virtual private server within 60 to 120 seconds. Automated email receipts containing the node IP and root credentials will be executed precisely when the node reaches a running state.

3. Potential Delays

Certain specific Windows images may require up to 10 minutes to finish initial OS optimization arrays upon bootstrap. In rare cases where hardware nodes reach aggregate threshold capacity, orders may be placed in a queue and processed as nodes evaluate.
